Default Whirring noise or whistle from engine

When i start the car and drive at super low speeds in 1st or 2nd i hear a whirring or whistling noise coming from my car. i had my neighbor ask me when i supercharged the car and its not, kinda sounds like it. i checked to see if it might be a vacuum leak and nothing, no leaks. Anyone have any idea what this might be? I think my belt is squeeking as well or my water pump pulley is going.

Check your power steering fluid, tt might be low. Or your power steering pump could be going out.

I vote for an air pump noise. Mine make a similar sounding noise for a few minutes after startup. I don't think there is any issue with the noise if it is the same one I hear.

Most likely the Air Pump. If you want to check, pull the air pump fuse.

I pulled the fuse out of mine, I hate that sound. It will throw a code though, but that's about it.

Mine has done the same thing since I got it. Sounds like it's supercharged or something. No codes though and no decrease in performance so I haven't even bothered looking for the source.
