Stock Exhaust Vibration?
I see to be getting a exhaust vibration/ resonance while at a stop no matter what gear im in. My car is 100% stock and a M6 with 37K miles. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

yes, and an annoying one
i took a sledge hammer and smashed my tunnel brace all up to try and clear the exhaust
it takes about 15min to get it back in now because you have to fight with the bolts since the piece is all bent up

Probably tunnel brace. If you do not want to remove it go get yourself a silicone coupler, the kind the FI guys use for their ducting and cut it length wise and wrap it around the exhaust pipe and clamp it in place. This will prevent the metal on metal banging and will make it quiet. The exhaust is not that hot right there and that material is pretty heat resistant.

Removed the tunnel brace yesterday and it didnt fix the resonance/vibration. Could it just be normal when the car idles the exhaust hits a certain frequency and causes it?
