I just put LTs and an ORY on my car and had the rear o2s deleted with HPT but now it's throwing a code for bank 2 sensor 1 low voltage. We changed the passenger side o2 tonight and is still throwing the code. The bank 1 sensor works fine and were both put on together. Is there anything else it could be? I know the battery and alternator are fine. The car revs in a hurry all the way to redline in neutral but bogs in Drive when you get on it so I don't think it's the injectors or the fuel pump. I was going to see if anybody has a good idea as to what it is before I go spending money putting it on a computer that still may not help.

The o2 sensor extension on the passenger side could be faulty. Switch it with the one from the driver side to see if it throws the driver's side code.

check for melted 02 sensor wires leaning on or slightly touching your LT's somewhere.
