Grinding headlight problems again

Default Grinding headlight problems again
I purchased the brass gears awhile ago and now my headlight is starting to grind again. I took the casing apart to find that it ground down the teeth on the brass gears. So anyone know where i can get like a steel gear or a cheap place to buy the headlight motors?

I have heard that even the brass gears can strip. I don't think they make a steel or stronger gear than the brass gear, but I could be wrong.

I believe the same guy who did the brass gears is now shipping hardened aluminum. (Supposed to be durable.)
