Default Cruise control stopped working?

Apparently my cruise control just decided to stop working all together. I've never really had to diag a cruise control problem so I have no idea where to start.

Are there common problems with F-Bodies that generally cause this problem?

What does being an M6 have to do with using cruise? if you're on the highway, cruise is nice. Period.

Anyway, to the OP: The most likely cause of your cruise not working is the brake or clutch switch. You should take a look at the switches above the pedals. Both pedals have two switches each. Cruise switches on both pedals share the same harness tho (I believe they have brown wires). When neither pedals are being pressed the switches should be closed ("ON") and should pass current. You're problem is likely that the switched need to be adjusted because they are not getting pressed properly while the pedals are up. Either that or the switches themselves are broken (which is what happened to me).
