Angry Serious shaking and noise problem!!! Help!!!

OK... I have a 2000 M6 Z28... My suspensiion consists of BMR lower control arms, UMI relo brackets, and BMR lowering springs... When im slowing down from high speeds i have a horrible car shake everywhere. I was told i just needed to get my rotors turned? True? I also have drilled and slotted rotors so is that possibl? Onto my next problem, Where my shor shifter is bolted tot he tranny i have a rattling noise somewhere in that area.. I checked n cant find anything loose... Any ideas? Last problem... I have a clicking noise either on my drive shaft or somewhere else towards the rear end... When i am accelerating its louder but when i let off it gets quiter but is still noticable... Any idea will help!

Default

yes that is a brake pulsation,to my knowledge drilled rotors cannot be resurfaced.as for the shifter i would start by rechecking to make sure everything is tight. either a u-joint or differential(internal problem)
