Default Flashing Light Under my Car???

Im not sure where in this forum to post this, but I have a simple question:

Right under my car, near the rear end of my transmission (M6), there is a small black rectangular module (the size of a keyless entry thingy) that has a red LED on it. Whenever the car is in the "run" position, aka I turn the key on, or have the car running, the LED is blinking rapidly.

I'm pretty sure a stock Camaro doesn't have this item installed on the car? What is this piece? I'll take pics of it if I ever get under the car, but anybody know what this is?

I'd be intersted to see what it is. Perhaps it is a driveshaft speed sensor someone installed, but I really haven't a clue.

Are you talking about the motion sensor? Either way the anti theft system is entirely stock (unless some stuff has been re-routed as you say). Aka stock shock sensor, alarm, etc etc.

O2 Sim huh? I took it to my good friend of a mechanic a couple of times and he never mentioned that when he tuned it. I never knew O2 sims have those kind of parts to them?

I guess O2 sims seems to be the best bet. I'll check it out next time I'm under there.

The exhaust system (long tubes and tsp true duals) was the only mod done to my car when I bought it so it's also the only thing that I don't have the knowledge of how it was done, obviously. My tuner said he tuned out the rear O2s, so maybe the previous owner put on O2 sims on it for some reason (no cats)?

I guess if this is the case I can take it off?

I dunno, but if I saw that flashing under my car, I would have been really reluctant to get in it at all lol.
