Well I successfully changed my knock sensors, but not before successfully breaking nearly everything else. It is easy to say I learned some lessons.

1) Dont gorilla the manifold, you WILL break the oil pressure sensor.
2) You cant take off the manifold without removing all hoses.

With that being said. I broke the 3 hose system on the back of the manifold. GM calls it the PCV type????? they want 138 bucks for a simple hose. This is what I need help with. I just broke one piece. Can I go get hose from the store and fab it. Or do any of you pros know were I might pick up a another one. Or do any of you know a better name for these hoses. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated. I put a picture in here for you, its the one that looks like a Y. Found out its also called a PCV Harness Hose.

Yes, you can use regular hose and fittings. I put a catch can on mine and did all rubber hose and just went to autozone and got plastic fittings. You can make that whole setup from autozone parts, they have a section with T's and y's that are plastic. You can also use metal if you want.
