Default Clunking noise coming from rear?

So today my car started to make this awful clunking noise while turning. Kind of sounds like someone is hitting the bottom of the car with a hammer. This noise only happens while I am turning. I did just put on SFC the other week and I torqued them down to the recommended amount. What do you guys think the problem could be?

Mine was making some noises very similar to the ones you described. They were coming from the rear, and while slowly going over some rough patches of road. For me it turned out to be the original bump stops. They were shot, so I replaced them with a poly Jeep set. Now my only noise is from the t-tops.

I had some of the same issues after putting on some sfc's and other adjustable suspension components...i retorqued everything and used blue loctite. Helped with problems, might help with yours.

Well it ended up being the rear. The spider gears were grinding through the housing that holds them in.

if it's while turning only, you could possibly need more GM limited slip fluid. I had this happen when i ran a 12bolt, the sound was an awful grinding and popping sound and made me think my whole rear end was going to fall out from under the car. Turns out that i didn't add enough limited slip fluid to it. Once i did the problem was fixed.

You might have leaked some gear oil out over time and don't have enough oil/limited slip fluid to lubricate your posi.
