Default 98 T/A headlight motor grinding?

I've heard from several people I can buy brass gears to replace the plastic ones in my Trans Am. My drivers side headlight grinds for about 15 seconds when I turn the lights off and it's driving me nuts. Where can I buy these gears for the headlight motors to fix this issue and how hard are they to replace? Thanks for any help

You could just disconnect the arm on the motor, turn the motor by hand 180* and reassemble. I did it to mine and works great.
