how in the world is the driver side fuse box/fans and blinkers wiring harness where it comes through the fire wall beside the brake booster removed?

this one...

this is a view from under the cowl beside the brake booster from the engine bay side. it doesn't seem to unhook necessarily from either side.

remove the screw (looks like you've already done that) then take a heat gun or blow dryer to weaken the glue

the harness is also held in place with glue
