Exclamation BAD Steering Wheel Vibration

So, the car has been doing this for quite a while and its really starting to get to me. 55+ the steering wheel vibrates constantly, the worst is exactly at 60 but it still sucks as long as I'm going over 55. Its not my tires or rims. Got the wheels on my car balanced yesterday. Two days ago I put on a set of different wheels on all 4 to check and the vibration was still there. Any help or a checklist that would cause this much vibration in my steering wheel would be much appreciated.

if it is not a bad tire, check for loose front end parts, tie rods are a likely suspect. or even a motor mount. and if it vibrates only under acceleration. it could be a u joint. If it makes Noise as wheel as a vibration it could even be a damn wheel bearing. Is there any noise present? or just a shake? can you see the steering wheel move back and forth?

Just a shake, no weird noises I can discern. I can only hear my engine and road noise. What do you mean back and forth? It shakes hard enough to shake my hands and forearms. It vibrates less as I accelerate and gets worse if I let off going 70ish, getting closer to that 60mph shakefest. Its only 55+, up to 50 is butter and flips to a shake as soon as I hit the 55mph mark. This is giving me a headache because wouldn't I hear or feel bad tie rods or wheel bearings at lower than 55?

Still getting bad vibes from steering wheel. Could something in the rack be coming loose? Any other common issues up front besides tires/wheels?
