Default belt squeal and out of ideas HELP PLEASE!!!

ok So I have a belt squeal after I procharged my 2000 Firehawk. I have replaced A/C Belt, idler pulley (both), drive belt, tensioner(both), and still a squeal. It stops after the vehicle warms up. Here is the thing, I turned the car on and put a breaker bar on my tensioner and pulled and it seemed to stop just a little. So My question is, performance tensioner or should i install a smaller belt? Any help would be appreciated and thank you for looking.

sis you look into the kaytech tensioner? apparently it really helps keep the belt type unlike the stock style tensioner
