Default HIDs + wipers = annoying buzz. Really weird problem.

I just put a set of DDM 5000k 35w HIDs in my 00 SS. They're wonderful, but whenever my wipers are OFF, it makes a loud, annoying buzzing sound, and occasionally they'll kind of jump by themselves. Then when I turn on the wipers, the sound goes away and everything works perfect. When the HIDs are off there is no problem at all. Any ideas? This is a really really weird problem. Googled it and I didn't find anything. Thanks.

I'm about to order a set for low beam & fog lights, with the harnesses for both.
Judging from posts in the appearance section, that's what is needed to eliminate these type of problems.

this has been bugging me all day. how is the wipers and the HIDs related at all? are the HIDs creating a short in the circuit?
