Default Drivetrain Noise

Hey guys,
2002 SS A4, 84,000 miles. Has Yank 3600 stall converter TSP push rods, cam, comp valve springs, headers and full exhaust.

ONLY in overdrive, and usually around 55-60 mph, and only if RPMs are ~2,000 RPM, the car bucks and jumps. If i increase throttle or put it in drive, the problem stops.
Any ideas?

Ok I'll check those. What exactly is the lock up?

I had the same issue with my diff. I changed the fluid and added two bottles of limited slip additive and it sounds great.
