Default Misfire without SES light?

Can a car have misfire without an SES light if it's been tuned professionally? I noticed my car used to get 26mgp or nearly 400 miles to the tank. Now, it gets 200miles to the tank and is slower. My tuner said there is an issue with bank one. I've read coil packs can do this. Just trying to narrow which one but I don't have an ses light. Would some codes still be stored if the light isn't on?

yeah i just had some misfires because of a bad maf and the ses didnt come on, unplugged the maf and all was fine . I was using an aeroforce to monitor the misfires . Maybe unplug your maf if you have one , i dont know if your sd tuned so.

If the fuel milage is your only symptom, doesn't mean you have a misfire.
Does the car stumble hesitate or have any other drivability concern besides less seat of the pants power?

26MPG's stock?
Why is it tuned now modded?
