It sounds like you had a fatal MAF code, which you fixed by getting a new sensor: http://www.obd-codes.com/p0102
After you put in the new sensor, did you do a learn procedure on the PCM? After you put in a sensor to fix these kinds of things you need to:
- Erase the stored codes
- Take the car for a short drive on the highway for the PCM to "learn" the new sensor settings.
- Check to see if you have any new codes
If your MAF was reporting low air, the car would cut back on fuel, causing your lean condition. You'll need to get out and drive so the car can re-learn your air/fuel mixtures.
