car wont start

car wont start gave the car a tune up and oil change and now car wont start. the dash will not light up at all, miles,warning lights nothing. the stereo,lights, fuel pump all that still works. however the interior lights are on at all times. checked fuses nothing blown. any ideas? the security light on dash blinks sometimes also
