Default Hose part number trouble

2001 WS6 with LS6 intake. I can not find the part number for the hose that runs from the neck of the radiator across the the engine to the thin metal pipe on the heads. I think its the steam pipe? I see the part number for the steam pipe itself with the small hose coming off it but need the hose that connects that to the radiator neck. Thanks in advance

Its called...make your own. I just got the length of heater hose I needed to run from the radiator neck port to the metal port lines at the head....then a brass fitting to bring that hose from 3/8" down to 5/16" hose, got that short piece of heater hose......then clamped it all on.

Junk yard might be the only place to find that hose anymore.
