Default Two problems: Keep getting low coolant and passenger valve cover always has oil

I changed the once leaking water pump and replaced it with a new one. The new one doesn't leak but I am still getting low coolant. I bought some Dex-Cool and it just disappears from the radiator. I'm not sure how or why. The previous owner has already done the coolant bypass thing but I don't know if this can be the cause.

Also, the oil problem. My passenger side valve cover is always covered in oil. There's a hose that runs from the valve cover to the TB and when I check it, there's oil in it and in the TB. What can be causing this and how should I begin fixing this issue.

TLDR: Coolant and oil seem to be disappearing :/

It's probably time for a coolant pressure test before looking further for causes.

(A bad water pump can cause low coolant, but the new replacement would fix that.)

Hm, perhaps I will have to do that. There's times where I can smell the coolant coming through my vents inside my car.

The oil issue sounds PCV related.
