Default Binding with headlights

Has anybody else had a binding issue with the headlights flipping up? My headlights flip up and let down but will only flip up if theit raised slightly. IF not raised slightly then the lights will not flip up. Just checking to see if anyone else has had this issue.

Your gear's in the motors are probably shot/missing teeth

New motors were installed along with new module and connectors because those were corroded up.

I have the same problem, so I'm very interested in full participation on this one! I don't think its a headlight connector issue because the issue happens in tandem with both lights on the same side:
