Default No power steering after new pump & rack

So I had a power steering leak, saw it was coming from the pump so I replaced it. After an hour of driving I lost power steering, when I got it home and got under it I saw that my rack was now leaking by the input shaft under load. So I replaced the rack. Flushed the system which had no contaminants in the flushed fluid. Burped all the air out by turning lock to lock until the bubbles stopped.

Now I have a new rack, new pump, new fluid, and still no power steering.

The car is a 2000 and I got the correct 00-02 rack.... I'm at a loss, I have no idea where to go from here, any ideas or advise would be greatly appreciated.

I have to ask - is the pressure line and return line hooked up to the right ports on the rack?

It was hooked up right, I don't remember what it was but I figured it out. Not sure why I didn't get back on here and post that it was worked out.
