Default Squealing from rear

Okay before everyone sends me post from the past about e brake noise i have looked them up and no one has an answer

I have a rubbing and sometimes squealing or screeching noise from my rear I have a strange s60 rear with BRAND NEW BEARINGS so i know it is not the bearings. The rear itself only has 1000 miles on it I took everything all apart and put grease on the E brake shoe and the noise stops for 10 minutes then comes back so i am pretty certain that's the culprit. Do i change the shoe and rotor or adjust it ? If so how I have tried adjusting it and it doesn't seem to do anything also my e brake doesnt work very well so it doesn't make sense to me on how it is rubbing but the e brake doesnt work. Any help would be great.

What procedure did you follow to adjust your parking brakes when the new rear end went on?
