Lost cylinder LS 6 engine. While driving my car on Saturday I lost one of my cylinders. Any thoughts on why this happened? No check engine light.

Lost cylinder on LS 6 engine Testing showed no codes. I know it could be a number of things such as injector, spark plug wire, bad plug, rocker arms, valve springs, etc. Checking all of these items as we speak. I am not a mechanic but am a 73 year old gearhead trying to get expertise off the site.
