Hello, I have a 2006 tbss that has developed a ticking/squeaking noise coming from the engine. It started under normal driving conditions. It sounds like it is coming from in between the motor and transmission to me. Take a listen to my video linked below and tell me what you think. It has a built transmission with a stall and a mildly built engine.

Pull the valve covers and check for oil flow up to the valves, I think you have a lifter failure. That squealing is either a dry rocker-valve or bad roller on a lifter. Good Luck
