Default rough idle/bad lowend power/bad gas mileage

I've always thought my z28 was a little low on power, and I drove a c5 vert the other day and it DEFINATELY had more pick up at low rpm. Also, for a few months I've been getting really bad gas mileage (15city and like 21 on the highway). I was getting 20 or so in the city and nearly 30 on the highway. Ive replaced the spark plugs, pcv, fuel filter, the AIR check valves (one went bad) and the front o2s. Also, at idle, its slightly rough. if I watch the oil dipstick, on the top where it says ENGINE OIL it will vibrate back and forth, and I can read it, although every couple seconds it will be readable. Also, I notice a big pick up in power when I fill up the gas. Anyone have any ideas?

what gears do you have, bc if you have 2.73s then yeah your car is gonna feel slower than the vette. but as for the fuel problem you could be running rich or your injectors need cleaned.

see what ur fuel pressure is at. check during idle and also under a load. then get back to us.also, make sure ur IAT sensor and IAC valve are in proper working order. they can create a bad idle.

looking from front of car: top right sensor on TB= IAC valve
Middle right of TB= TPS sensor
Sensor on back rightside of your Lid= IAT sensor
