Default Slight blue smoke at cold startup

I've noticed when I start my car cold, it takes about two seconds and I see a little blue smoke. The smoke only lasts for five seconds and then I don't ever see again till another cold start. I've checked the oil level, and it does not move.

I'm thinking maybe a new PCV valve? The car has 48k miles. Any ideas?

could possibly be the good ole chevy valve seals.. once they start to go oil seaps into the cylinders right after you shut your engine off and then it all burns up when you start it back up, could be worse though! could be driving a ford hahaha

isn't that normal for every car even brand new ones? It gets really cold here in winter minus 50 with wind chill and almost every car puffs out blue smoke when they first start it just for that sec or two and it's back to normal.
