starting problem

starting problem When I go to start my car when cold, I will turn the key and the engine will be dead. No turnover, nothing at all as far as the engine turning over(radio and fan turn on though). I then take the key out of the ignition for a second and then try to start it again and it will start with no problem. Could my battery connections be bad? Anyother suggestions?
