Smoke!, video

2001 LS1, only mods are Headers and Exhaust. It has 41k miles on it. Here is a video of me at the autocross today

It is in the rx7. You can see those puffs of smoke come out a couple of times. It usually happens when i downshift or just let off gas to take the corner. Could it be the head gaskets going? Also, just wanted to note that I keep about 7 qts of oil in it (stock oilpan).

my friend tells me he sees my car puff out smoke. My car also has no cats my assumption is thats why.

my other rx7 with a small block setup has no cats and it doesn't smoke, only except when it cranks.. But yes, I do not have cats on this car

I have heard about oil getting into intake somehow...is that a bad thing? How does it get into the intake? What are the solutions? Im not sure if I have room for oil catcher in there.

well 7 qts is TO MUCH to start with
you should not have more than 5.5 tp 6 qts in a ls1

Well a lot of people searched about that and found out that you can put 7 qts in it with the stock oil pan. I wanted to make sure there was no starvation during the corners.
