Default Aircare inspection reports attached - Help

Hi

Re 98 Camaro, LS1, A4:
-Mac headers
-Mac cat Y pipe
-K&N induction
-Borla cat back
-MSD Coils
-46,000 miles - compression is good
-Engine was up to over 200 degrees.

Plugs, wires, air filter, front 02s, cats and fuel filter are all recent. Only known defect is a small exhaust leak at the joint to the pipe that runs back to the muffler (more of a vibration, then a leak). Also, it does seem to idle a little low when it warms up.

Faild on Hydro Carbons both idle and driving tests. So much for my high energy, multi-spark ignition. See the attached reports.

Where do I start.

-MAC cats might no have enough capacity/density. Should I try magnaflows?
-Running rich from headers and need a tune?
-EGR?
-AIR
-Vacuum leak
-fowled plugs
-timming
-cat efficency
-MAF
-Throttle position sensor
-Injectors.

There are no tuners in my area. Before I go to great lengths to get a VE/PE tune I want to check all possible ignition, fuel, emmission system diagostics.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks JA

Just incase you cannot read the data:

Driving Test:

HC g/km .37 (max) .8764 (result) Fail
CO g/km 6.21 (max) 4.0649 (result) Pass
NOX g/km .93 (max) .8540 (result) Pass

Option: right click on attachment and save it to your c drive. You can then view it in windows and read it properly.
