Default i keep blowing turn signal bulbs

i keep blowing turn signal bulbs... had stock ones in and it all of a sudden shattered them.... then i bought blue apc ones... blew one on drivers side... then put another set of blue ones in and it blew both sides so i said f it and gave up...they dont last but a few hours... anyone know whats going on?

Is there a lot of rain/moisture where you live. A lot of times water/moisture gets behind the lense and blows bulbs. I just filled the socket with dielectric grease and never had anymore problems.

if its a t/a, the lens or housing is probably cracked allowing moisture in. it should last longer than a few hours, try to blow some of the moisture out with compressed air.

Sounds like a moisture issue to me as well.

Also, some people have had those sockets go bad. Check out the socket real well before you put the next bulb in. I had to replace both of mine, and no more blown bulbs since.

moisture will corrod the socket, and once this happens it will cause new bulbs to blow.
