Wierd Engine noise

Wierd Engine noise I've noticed that when I'm at a low rpm and gently pushing on the accelerator...around 0-10mph the car will sometimes jerk, and then make a hissing or bubbling sound. If I push a little harder and get it up around 10mph the sound goes away. Any ideas?
