My advice is get one locally with a lifetime warrary - and keep the receipt. I bought one cheap on ebay (GM and supposedly new) and it's noisy.

yeah heres some advice go to autozone and buy the siemens motors with the lifetime warranty. both of mine went out within the same year and i replaced the second one with the same lifetime warranty. its easy to do with those dumb asses who work there. anyways while you are in there be sure, seriously be sure to grease up all the moving parts of the regulator. I neglected to do this on one of my windows out of sheer laziness and now that one runs slower than the other.
