Default tick from oil pan

what the title says i got a tick sounds like an exhaust leak but its coming from the oil pan any ideas?

did you put a stethiscope to it and make sure it was from there?.....if its from the pan for sure...thats not a good thing my man...

well it comes from the bellhousing/oil pan area if you come out tonight ill let you hear it

i had a ticking twice from that area once.....1. was a wrist pin in the piston and the other was a cracked flex plate...hmmm neither are really good but they sounded like an exhaust leak at first

m6 and its been doing it for about a year almost 5 month old clutch and all i know is it drives me nuts

a cracked flexplate jacob sounds a good bit like rod knocking dont it.

hey man i hop it aint nothing too serious man could the collectors be leaking

thats what i thought but i checked and my exhaust guy checked and we could find any
