im on the stock pump for an 00 and when its cold the pressure seems to be aroudn 50-60 and warm 40-45.. is that normal?

im also wondering if anyone knows how much to tighten the sway bar bolts.. ?
I know theyre even but i have no clue how to tell if its too tight or loose..

Hot mine's around 45 or so at highway speeds and 25-30 idle. Running GC 0w30.

im using mobil1 5-30 syn.. is 25-30 good at idle? isnt that a little low?

i wonder why mine is so high.. oh and when i said cold.. i actually meant the temperature outside..by cold i mean like 50s or below.. the warmer it is the lower the pressure..

It looks low, but technically it's fine. I think it's reading wrong then, because when hot it bounces around a bit. I'm guessing my pressure sensor is crapped out.

Mine reads almost identical to yours and my pressure sensor is bad...check to see if you are leaking any oil on the back driverside of the head...typically the sensor will leak if its bad...or has been my experience.
