Driver/passenger side O2 sensors interchangable?

Driver/passenger side O2 sensors interchangable? Seem the left side O2 sensors (AFS 97) are cheap and plentiful on ebay, but the right side (AFS 98) are not. Is there any real difference that would prevent using the left side sensor on the right?
