Default OBD II Codes

Well I have a check engine light on and the code that is causing it is P0412 which is definded as Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Relay Control Circuit Bank 1. I'm not too good with the AIR system stuff so any info on how to fix this or even where this solenoid is at would be great.

I checked my book and this is what it says.

1. Circuit relay defective or fuse open

2. Check connector and wiring

3. AIR pump defective or hoses blocked

good luck

Check the AIR PUMP fuse first, if it's blown and fries again after a new one visit gearchatter.com and look up P0412 for your year.
