Default Almost Dead Battery= Alarm Going Off?

I was wondering weather my car battery dying out would cause my alarm to go off. A few hours ago my dad called me telling me my alarm was going off, and that everytime he would re-activate it with my spare it would go off again. Its real cold tonight(but then again anything below 70* is cold for Miami), but i doubt the weather has anything to do with it. All the doors were closed shut, yet the alarm just goes off for nothing. Any help would be great.

Most likely cause of the alarm going off right after arming for no reason is the shock sensor taking a dump - try disconnecting the sensor and see if it stops.

Well it hasn't rained down here in a while, and today its even colder than last night. Where is the shock sensor located, is that the one near the radio antenna in the passenger quarter panel?
