Default MPG Tracker

not sure where to put this, but i like to think of this as maintenance for your car. always good to know if your engine suddenly loses mpg. first one's a program and the next one has a really good excel template to use. i tried searching the site for something like this, so if it's there and i'm reposting, slap me and i'll correct it.
