Default Help Surging At Idle

i have a Stock 99 SS Camaro and nothing has ever been wrong it has 65,000 miles it runs fine while im driving but when i stop and run at idle it dips down on rpm and surges and when i go to start it stutters can you tell me what it is??? EGR ?o2 sens?

Seafoam, thats what I did when my did that, and then after 100 miles, it stopped dipping and sputtering at crank up.

Was that a sarcastic Seafoam question or you rlly wondering what seafoam is, if you are interested it is the top sticky in the General Maintnence forum, the one we are in right now. but yeah it coudl be a loose brake booster hose, that will cause a weird idle! but yeah, seafoam is a miracle in a bottle, try that. Maybe u jsut have too much carbon build up in the engine!

no its not scarcastic at all i dont know what it is i havnt been on the forums for months my cars has been fucked for months i havent driven it so now i wanna drive it lol

Ok, i was just makin sure, but yeah, try that seafoam, and at the same time you are doing that, you can see if that hose is off or loose. You can even check that hose if you want, you can find the location of it in the seafoam sticky as well, good luck!
