Brakes or Lack of..
I had the rear brake caliper come off on day and it ripped the E-Brake cable off and tore the rear brake line, I replaced the cable, brake line with all braided lines even up graded to the LS1 front brake set up but the rears still do not grab, I took it to a muffler shop one day where they drive it up on the lift with rollers with the front wheels and when the guy hit the brakes, which would only use the rears it would not stop. He had to use the E-brake. I have bleed all 4 corners many times, starting with the Left Front, Right Front, Left Rear, then Right Rear also bled the abs block and still the same, No rear brakes, or not much. any ideas..

Hmmmm...dunno. When you bleed the brakes you should start with the farest caliper from the master though - RR, LR, RF then LF. Is the pedal nice and firm?

actually when I bled them again I did do it in the other sequence, farthest to the closest, I see no pinched lines, I even replaced the brake booster, Pedal is firm and only goes down about 1/3 of the way down.and does not pump up. All this happened when the caliper broke off, of course the abs light came on but after the repair it went off. I also bled the abs block, all made no difference, so?

Lemme understand; you have NO brake performance at either rear wheel, correct?
If that's the case, then I would troubleshoot the master cylinder first. Determine if both halves of the master are sealed and pressurizing (bench bleed would do it). If that's good, then I would suspect your ABS module is shot. G/L, keep us informed.
