Default plugs and gap for 402

I search and was unclear on what plugs. I know the NGK TR-55s are good that is what I run in my wife's truck. On my car what gap should I run? Heads, cam, 402, etc. Thanks

It depends on your CR, AFR and some other stuff. You should try the internal engine section, or advanced engineering section.
