Yep, it was the Crankshaft position sensor. Located at the front of the motor behind the harmonic balancer. I think it is inside a cover from what I understand. There is also a Camshaft sensor as well that is similar I think. Anyway, car has run fine since with no problems. The replacement of the plug wires for sure helped as well. Thanks for all the help.
