Default oil slinging out of crank snout

eagle crank
arp bolt
ati damper.

the pulley has a light mist of oil on it.
is this the fluid damper comming apart, or do i need to put some type of sealer on the bolt threads?

i know eagle has an issue with the rear plug leaking on the crank, i didnt know if there was a similar issue on the front.
its not real bad, just a light mist on the white decal on the pulley. only does it under WOT. driving it around normal, it doesnt leak.
