CAI Question
K guys i cant be the first person to have an issue with this. I have a K&N cold air intake on my T/A, and if any of you have seen the cuppler they use to attach the MAF to there air filter you will know why i am having a hard time finding a bigger one. Anyway my problem is after i bought an SLP 85mm MAF the cuppler K&N gave me wont fit the SLP MAF. If anyone has a solution or a suggestion i would like to hear it.

Do you think boiling it will stretch the rubber silicone enough to get it on there? Im a little frusterated cuz the guy at SLP was a dick about the whole situation. He pretty much told me i was SOL.

An idea that might work? I would say get a small piece of thin metal pipe. I will assume the K&N intake fits the stock maf size. Get a coupler at like Kragen that steps up from stock maf size to the slp size. Slide the metal into the K&N air intake clamp that down then put the coupling over the other end of the metal piece. Put the other end of the coupling to the slp maf. It will extend your intake but I guess that would work.
