NAPA sells & stocks them. Not sure if you have those in NC though.

I got mine from O'Reiley's. But you have to give the man the part number and hold his hand while he gets them, because he will keep telling you, that they won't work for this car.

i just went into to o'reiley's today and said yes i need a set of NGK TR6's for a 2000 T/A and he went in the back and brought them out. paid 1.50 a piece but that was with a discount. Guess it just matters what person you get.

The Pep Boys by me carries NGK but they don't stock the TR55...might be able to special order them though and I think they're pretty cheap there.

Anyone got the part number for the TR6's? I have TR55's and TR5's, but need TR6's. The clowns at Autoricerzone WHERE I BOUGHT MY LAST SET OF TR55's said NGK doesn't make a plug for these engines. I just gave up. He must have been a ford boy?

Which NGK's would be best for a car that is basically stock except for lid and header back exhaust? The TR5's, TR55's or TR6's? And what is the part number for them. Thanks alot, getting ready to do a plug/wire job on my TA so I was just wondering.

Nobody in Atlanta seems to have them, NAPA, autozone, etc. etc. They all cary NGK, but can't get the plugs I need.

Plus you've got to love the whole "what car is it for" stuff you get - even if you give them a part number. It took me 45 minutes for me to convince the guy at Autozone that I wanted a belt that was the wrong size for me car - ha.

NAPA will have them. Don't even bother with any other place. The part number for the TR55's is 3951. I don't know the others. Go to Pepboys, autozone, and kragen for car soap and nothing else! Thats all they are good for. NAPA is the sh*t!

It seems to me that most large chain parts stores are ran by McDonald's rejects.

TR-6s are #4177, if memory serves.
