You will be passed most likely if you go to a small town.

As long as they don't look under the car and see it does not have cats, it will pass.

Being a state inspector myself, I hardly ever look under there unless you just want to be a bitch. DO NOT go to a inspection only station, they will for sure fail it. Go to some hole in the wall, mom and pop auto shop that does states. You'll have a good chance to pass there.

It won't fail because of this. Mine have been off for 5 years and I've never failed.

I haven't ran into any trouble with the cops. I got pulled over one night for a brake light and i left the car running the whole time talking to the cop. He was real cool, asked what exhaust I had on it I said stock with out cats. He told me it sounded good and to get my brake light fixed.

its good to know that deleting 02s will not affect state inspection. im still contemplating if i should go to the dealership to replace my cats due to p0420 code or delete my o2s.

I just turned off the cat efficiency codes, and left the rear sensors in place with the codes on.

You still need the tuning other wise the light will always be on. You won't know if a legit issue arises.

Very true, but nebraska doesn't check for emissions.
