Wanna do my own header install, couple problems i am for-seeing
Well, i have the hooker 1 3/4 lts, with a hooker 3" ory. I already have a 3" cb w/ a cutout, but the problems i can see so far are these:
1. The stock y-pipe is welded to my catback.
2. The stock manifolds are welded to the y-pipe.
I suppose I could cut these, but I don't have a cutting torch. Is there another way that wouldn't be as difficult?
What do i use to keep the new headers and y-pipe together and connected to my catback?
I have a new muffler and tips, but they need to be welded on.
I have never done a header install on my own, but i am pretty competent, and i am sure I can do it, I just need to figure out the best way to go about it.
Any advice is always appreciated guys, thanks.

Yea, I'm just gonna have an exhaust shop weld my new muffler and tips up. I will use the sawzall, just didn't really want to.
You guys know of any good write ups on it? I have searched and found nothing.
