Default long tubes for lowered car

i have a 2000 camaro ss with the eibach sport line springs and i am wanting to put some long tube headers on. which one are the best for the money and give you the most ground clearance, dont care what look like chrome etc. just want to be good all around headers for my application.
also this is my first time to put headers on, and i think i picked the hardest car to start with there is hardly any extra room on these cars. should i get headers with the o2 sensor on them and just get them to tune the rear one off, will that work? i will not be installing the cats. also can you mount to the stock y pipe after some cutting and bending to the headers?
thanks for the help i have always had trucks and these things have never been a issue. thanks again.

you will bottom out no matter what with lowering springs but i would say kooks, qtp there a little pricey but very good quality parts. i daily drive my car with 1.2 inch lowering springs with my lpp headers and when i hit a big bump i scrape and speedbumps, i have to drive over them sideways so my headers will not drag

I acually had my rear o2s tuned out and do not exist anymore and it works, no check engine light or anything. same with the air and egr emission stuff that i had to take out when i got my race headers

what if you put your stock springs back on would that make a differance, i am tired of scraping bottom now on my y pipe cant go up any steep incline that leves off quickly or any thing. how much did it cost you to get all that stuff tuned out. we live around the same area, just trying to get an idea what it is going to run me.

I am lowered on the same kit as you with KYB AGX shocks and I have hooker long tubes and a pacesetter Off road Y pipe and have NEVER bottomed out. The Hooker long tubes actually tucked higher then my stock manifold/cat/Y pipes did.

They were cheap too...sound great, and easy as hell to install.

My long tubes...

my car....

american racing. even with the catted-y, they tuck up tighter than stock. You pay for quality though.

Another vote on the hookers. Heres a pic of mine and how far they tuck up.
