Default Car missing at idle.

My car started missing at idle, so I changed all my spark plugs with NGK-TR55s except for the #1 and #8 plugs, I stared up the car, and its still missing. So if I can ever get the other two plugs changed out and it still misses, what else should I start looking for?

btw, the reason I couldn't change out the #1 plug is that I could not for the life of me get the spark plug wrench onto the spark plug. When I feel around, it seems like the top of the spark plug is too close to the top of the counter bore in the head. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong ?

Thanks for any help,

Kevin

I know that the #1 plug should be one of the easiest ones, but I tried for an hour to get that plug out, and I just couldn't do it. I guess I'll try again later.
